Made-to-Order Purchases

These are items that are made for you on an individual basis. 

Shipping timeline:

You can expect to receive your made-to-order items in approximately three weeks from the time the order was placed. These items will arrive to your house via ground shipping (UPS or USPS).

Please note - because our Company observes the Chinese New Year holiday, our Hong Kong and China offices and factory will be closed for a portion of February 2017. Therefore, there will be a slight delay in production of your made-for-you order placed during the month of February. If your order is placed between February 1 - February 14, you can expect to receive these items around March 14. 

  • Shipping costs are subject to change.
  • Ellie Kai currently ships within the United States.
  • In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email or mail. Items ordered together may not arrive in
    the same box.

Return Policy:

For Made-to-Order items, and we cut each garment based upon your selection of size and fabric. In the event you would like to return your Made-to-Order item, we will gladly provide an exchange or merchandise credit for up to 30 days from receipt of your order for any unwashed, unworn Made-to-Order merchandise. All Sample Sale items are final sale. We are unable to offer price adjustments on prior purchases.

Quick Ship Purchases

These are items that we have made in advance and keep in our current inventory. 

Shipping timeline:

Ground shipping - Clients can expect to receive their in-stock inventory orders within 5-8 business days of when the order was placed via UPS or USPS. Cost $10 per order. 2-day shipping - Clients can expect to receive their in-stock inventory orders within 2-5 business days of when the order was placed via UPS or USPS. Cost $20 per order.
